Postpartum Doula
Tender Path is an honest, human space for mothers.
Here I support mothers during pregnancy and, especially, through the first postpartum months so they feel held, understood and supported. Not as someone who claims to have every answer, but with the reassurance of a mother who has been there, complemented by my professional training as a postpartum Doula.
Caring for a baby starts with caring for mom.

I'm More, and this is my story.
Being a mother was always my greatest dream, but I never imagined how challenging and transformative this path would be. I studied Education in Venezuela, got married, emigrated at 23 and moved to the United States. At 25, my first child was born.
Today I am a mother of four, ranging in age from 19 to 6. As an immigrant, my early years of motherhood felt very lonely, far from my family and everything familiar. Learning, adapting, making mistakes and beginning again were all part of the process.
Raising children in such different stages has allowed me to experience motherhood from many perspectives. Every pregnancy and postpartum taught me about my strength and vulnerability, and revealed something essential.
30 minutes, free and with no commitment.

What does it mean to be a Doula?
Listens.
Without rushing or judgment. A safe place to ask, talk and understand.
Guides.
With clear, honest information about postpartum, baby care and what to expect.
Supports.
Emotionally and practically through the weeks following birth.

A Doula
A Doula is trained to offer emotional, physical and informational support to a pregnant person before, during and after birth. A Doula does not perform medical procedures or make clinical decisions; her role is to accompany, guide and support well-being.
Doula support is non-clinical and does not replace care from health professionals.

My recommendations
Some of the things that have supported me through motherhood and that I often recommend to other moms.
Tender Path merch.
Soft, simple pieces for the fourth trimester: something for mom and something for baby. We are creating them with care. Leave your email and you will be among the first to know.
First, let's get to know each other.
Before choosing any kind of support, I want to meet you: where you are in pregnancy or postpartum, how you feel and what you need today. The first call is free and without commitment.
Because sometimes the first step before deciding is feeling heard.
